  The Development Process: HRSM Director of Development Officer Cindy Kellett will talk about how the timeline for development works, how long it takes to develop relationships, and how faculty are key players in the process.

  Negotiation: Terrie Smith will discuss negotiating strategies for any situation, and help you find ways to improve your outcomes in the negotiation process.
