Proposals in response to this year’s solicitation must focus on the development or revision of courses that provide at least 50 percent of the instruction using Distributed Learning pedagogy and technology. All proposals must be submitted by Dec. 6, 2013 via USCeRA and awards will be announced on Jan. 31, 2014.
