WELCOME TO THE RCCF
The Research Consortium on Children and Families (RCCF) is a multidisciplinary USC endeavor drawing together faculty from behavioral/social sciences and closely related disciplines who conduct grant-funded research related to children/youth and their families. Sponsored by the USC Research Foundation, the RCCF aims to build on research strengths by increasing the capacity and enhancing the infrastructure and climate for grant-seeking faculty who undertake scholarly and scientific work in the child and family area. The unique and innovative feature of the RCCF is that it draws together faculty from disparate units, without creating a structural entity such as a center or institute, to provide a vehicle for collaboration that builds on existing areas of funding success, nurtures research capacities of promising junior faculty, attracts talented new faculty, and creates a multidisciplinary climate that is responsive to funding agency and societal priorities.
