How do I log in for the first time to Outlook Live@edu?
- Please reset your password through my.sc.edu before accessing your Live@edu account. To access your student Live@edu account, go to https://www.outlook.com.
- Enter your USC network username and password. Note: Enter your network username (i.e. nedn) with the @email.sc.edu and click Sign In.
- Visit my.sc.edu
- Select "Self Service Carolina (SSC)"
- Sign in using your VIP ID and password.
- Select "Personal Information"
- Select "View E-mail Addresses"
- Your University email address will be username@email.sc.edu, where 'username' is your USC network username.
- You’ll also be given the option to establish or reset your USC network password. Simply use the my.sc.edu password link to do so.
- Next, you will be asked to select your language and time zone.
- Once, you enter the language and time, zone, you will be presented your Live@edu inbox.
