PHPH 701 - Physiology for Health Sciences

Major organ systems with emphasis on basic physiological processes and control systems. Primarily for health sciences graduate students.
This section of PHPH701 is for the SOM PA Program students who will be participating in Dr. Housley's course that is taught to PA, NA, and Certificate students. This course will be delivered via two-way, synchronous AV communication to students in the SOM Physician Assistant Program(PA) at the School of Medicine in Columbia. Faculty and students will engage in synchronous two-way AV communication for most classes. Instructional content is available using Blackboard and delivered mainly as PowerPoint presentations and class discussion. Course sessions are on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9-12 a.m.
Course Delivery Type
Two-way video conferencing allows audio and video interaction between students at the remote site(s) and the instructor in a classroom (usually USC Columbia). Course may utilize Blackboard.
