EMCH 553 - Nuclear Fuel Cycles

Course Description

Processing of nuclear fuel including fabrication, irradiation, and waste disposal or storage. In-core and out-of-core fuel management. Fuel cycle economics.


General Information

Classes will be held on Mondays & Wednesdays from 8:05pm-9:20 in Swearingen Engineering Center room 2A11.

A Web course is taught using one or more web delivery platforms such as Blackboard, Streaming Video, Adobe Connect etc. Students must have access to a high-speed Internet connection. More information will be provided by the instructor in the course syllabus.
