SOCY 101 - Introductory Sociology

Course Description

An introduction to sociological facts and principles: an analysis of group-making processes and products.


On-Campus Sessions/Orientation Information

There are four mandatory on campus meetings: Thursday, Jan 25, 2018, Wednesday, Feb 21, 2018, Wednesday, March 21, 2018, and Wednesday, April 25, 2018. All campus meeting will be from 7:00 9:15 PM in Sloan college room 105.


Course Delivery Type

A Web course is taught using one or more web delivery platforms such as Blackboard, Streaming Video, Adobe Connect etc. Students must have access to a high-speed Internet connection. More information will be provided by the instructor in the course syllabus.
