Barry Markovsky elected to the prestigious Sociological Research Association (SRA)

A University of South Carolina scholar has been elected to the prestigious Sociological Research Association (SRA). Barry Markovsky, a professor in the College of Arts and Sciences, joins a select group of sociologists worldwide to be honored by his peers through election to the SRA, an honor society of sociologists formed in 1936.
