The Association is a member of the Association of Specialized and Professional Accreditors.

Prior to election as Vice President, Professor Hunter served six years as a member of the NAST Commission for Accreditation and an additional three years as Chair of the Commission and Member of the Board of Directors.   He has served regularly as a Visiting Evaluator for membership reviews since 2007.
