Cindy Justice is an experienced higher education professional, with 20+ years in admissions, marketing, recruitment, academic affairs, student affairs, program management, student and group advisement, course planning, data analysis, orientation programming, alumni relations and development. A proven manager and leader, she has led teams that annually receives some of the highest evaluations from students and staff throughout the University. She also excels at problem solving - assessing opportunities and gaps and putting together thoughtful, data-driven and creative solutions that advance the mission of the school and enhance the community experience.

Justice is returning to the University of South Carolina where she started her career in college administration working in the Department of Student Life as the Director of Leadership and Services Programs. After a return to her home state to work as the Director of MBA Student Services at the University of Texas McCombs School of Business, Columbia University in the City of New York was next as the Associate Dean for Student Life and Alumni Relations for the School of Professional Studies. Joining Cindy is her husband Paul Justice and pets Lucy the super beagle and Louie the cranky cat.
