Dodie Anderson Academic Tutor Program
The Dodie Anderson Academic Enrichment Center is currently hiring academic tutors for Summer 2018 semester. The Academic Tutor program offers support to student-athletes as they learn to function effectively in the college environment. We are currently looking to hire tutors that are available all times throughout the day, 8am-6pm; At minimum, we are asking applicants to be available at least 3 days per week, at a consistent time each day for the summer sessions due to the accelerated pace of courses.

The primary responsibility of a tutor is to understand and clearly communicate course content and study skills to the tutees. One-on-one and group tutoring is available in a broad array of courses. The Tutor Program provides subject-specific assistance to student-athletes as a supplement to the classroom learning experience. These are typically undergraduate students at the sophomore level or higher.

Apply through the USC Handshake website! For questions regarding the tutor application, contact Alex Stevens at hollanaj@mailbox.sc.edu.
