Undergraduate students currently enrolled in the School of Library and Information Science may apply for the Information Science Dewey Decimal Scholarship for the 2017-2018 academic year. The Scholarship awards $1,000 per semester to a student (or students) with demonstrated financial need and a record of academic excellence as determined by the Undergraduate Committee of the School of Library and Information Science.
To be eligible for this award, you must be enrolled for the upcoming semester in at least 12 credit hours and have applied for financial aid for that semester. You must also display outstanding past academic performance as documented by cumulative high school GPA or cumulative undergraduate GPA, SAT or ACT scores, and other relevant factors.
This is a one-year scholarship and will not be automatically awarded in the following academic year.
