CarolinaLIFE welcomes volunteers. Volunteers are typically undergraduate or graduate students who serve as social mentors to students in the program. Social mentors help CarolinaLIFE students connect to areas of interest at the university and larger Columbia area. A social mentor might accompany a CarolinaLIFE student to an organizational meeting or simply catch lunch with them between classes. This is a flexible role that does not require a large time commitment, making it a perfect fit for most university students. Contact Stephanie Edwards at email@example.com for more information regarding social mentoring.
CarolinaLIFE offers various employment opportunities to eligible candidates each semester. Being a university program, CarolinaLIFE is largely staffed by student workers and graduate assistants. Job coach, academic coach, and classroom instructor are all possible positions for those looking to work alongside students with diverse learning needs. Contact Stephanie Edwards at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information regarding employment.
Donations help CarolinaLIFE continue to offer an exceptional experience to its students. To give or ask questions about financial donations, contact Tony Plotner at email@example.com.
