Study Abroad in Bogotá, Colombia June 4-17, 2017

This study abroad opportunity is open to all University of South Carolina students. You will work in an Pre K-12 International Baccalaureate School in a bilingual environment and receive Spanish language immersion in your home stays with families and teachers.

Education experience and Spanish language proficiency are not necessary to get the most of this opportunity; your training will start at the end of March and will include the basics of classroom interactions and making yourself understood in Spanish.

Estimated Costs

A nonrefundable deposit of $500 is due by February 10; estimated costs for the program are listed below:

Undergraduate Students: EDUC 360 $2,300.00 (includes airfare) + 3 credit hours tuition
Graduate Students: EDUC 635 $2,300.00 (includes airfare) + 1-3 credit hours tuition
Classroom teachers/faculty: $2,300.00 without credit OR $2,300.00 + 1-3 credit hours @ SC Teacher Rate
