Biography

Mr. Wilson graduated from the University Of South Carolina School Of Medicine in 2006 with a Masters in Nurse Anesthesia degree.  After graduation, he worked at Lexington Medical Center in West Columbia, SC for a short period of time before moving to Greenville, SC where he started practicing at Greenville Health System.  Mr. Wilson accepted the Clinical Student Coordinator role at the Greenville Health System in October 2006.  After holding that position for several years, the University expanded its affiliation with the Greenville Health System and Mr. Wilson became an Assistant Program Director for the University of South Carolina’s Nurse Anesthesia Program Greenville campus.  Mr. Wilson has served on and co-chaired several committees within the South Carolina Association of Nurse Anesthetists including the Education/Program Committee.  Mr. Wilson also served as an item writer for the Self Evaluation Exam which is administered by the National Board of Certification and Recertification of Nurse Anesthetists and serve on several different committees within our Program and the Greenville Health System. Mr. Wilson lives in the Greenville area with his wife and daughter. They enjoy attending many sporting events along with relaxing at the beach.
