This five-day program provides intensive, hands-on training in the application of analytical techniques to support organizational decision-making. Participants will develop a broad understanding of fundamental concepts and analytical tools, including descriptive, predictive and prescriptive models. In addition to building competence and experience in these areas, the program will also focus on determining ways to apply the techniques to have an immediate impact in the participant’s organization. No previous experience with analytical tools is required for this program.

Introduction to ERP Business Processes

Leading Change targets the change process by introducing participants to the "how to" of leading change. We focus on three distinct steps of the change process: preparation, implementation and institutionalization. Participants will engage in a variety of dynamic activities utilizing multi-media, case studies and group presentations to reinforce all of the following aspects of leading change:

  • Preparation: Creating a sense of urgency within your organization, guiding the creation and coordination of the change plan and ensuring every stakeholder understands and has bought into the vision and strategy underlying the change

Translating Strategy into Results*

The Translating Strategy into Results course is about understanding what strategy is, how strategy is formulated based on analyses of the organization and its related environment, and how strategies are implemented. The implementation part is about having participans understand their role in creating value for the organization.


  • Understand what strategic management is and how value is created for and by organizations

  • Understand the key tenets of strategy formulation, including analyses of the internal and external environment

  • Explore participants' organizational strategies and their role within those strategies

  • Identify tactics participants can use to implement their organization's strategy within their role

Program fee, cancellation and transfer terms

Program Fee: The program charge includes

  • Tuition

  • Preparatory materials and class materials

  • Parking at the Executive Development Center

  • Select meals, refreshments and coffee breaks

Cancellation Policy: All travel arrangements and accommodations must be made by the applicant and are not included as part of the program costs.The registration fee is fully refundable 15 business days or more in advance of the program start date. Due to inherent upfront planning costs and limited opportunity to refill an individual participant’s slot, the following refund schedule will apply: 50 percent of the tuition if canceled less than 15 business days prior to program start. We can accept transfers to an alternate qualifying program. All transfer notices must be received AND APPROVED at least three weeks (21 days) prior to the start of the program. Transfer requests received less than three weeks before a program start are subject to a $100 US transfer charge.Substitute participants for registrations can be accommodated with at least one week’s (seven days) advance notice.By submitting a registration you agree to attend the program and pay the invoice by the due date. Any payments received after the due date will incur a $50 late charge.
