Grant & Contract Applications Routing & Tracking

We work closely with USC’s Sponsored Awards Management Office (SAM) to review, facilitate, and troubleshoot pre-submission routing, review and approval of grant contract applications submitted by Arnold School faculty, staff and students. We are not able to be liaison to subawards – your departmental staff and/or Sponsored Awards Management (SAM) representative serve in that capacity.

Peer Reviews

Peer Reviews

We can help arrange pre-submission peer reviews of major grant applications, by request and approval.

Class Presentations

Class Presentations

We offer class presentations on grant application development and pre-submission routing procedures as requested by faculty who are training student researchers on how to properly submit grant applications.

Post award

Post-Award Advisement

We train and advise departmental staff on sponsored award budget management, but we by no means take the place of departmental grant and contract management staff. Presently, we do not manage sponsored awards. We advise and provide technical assistance regarding post-award issues and procedures, including budget management and PeopleSoft.

Data and Information Provision

Data and Information Provision

We generate and provide data for reports regarding sponsored award and other research activity for the School. We provide boilerplate information for proposals, which is available on this webpage and by request.
