Field instructors provide one-on-one mentoring and coaching to students, helping them to translate classroom learning into real-world practice.
Field Educator CEU Series
Stay current in social work practices and trends with trainings during the fall and spring semesters. Only currently serving field instructors, task supervisors, field liaisons, organization coordinators, and College of Social Work faculty, staff and students are eligible to attend and access previous trainings.
Professional Development, Workshops and Lectures
Throughout the year, the College of Social Work hosts leaders in the field of social work for lectures and symposia to advance professional dialogue about critical issues and connect faculty and students with prominent researchers and practitioners. We also host professional development seminars and workshops for practicing social workers, including credit and non-credit offerings.
