Directions to 1244 Blossom Street Columbia SC

Traveling from Rock Hill on I-77 South or from Florence on I-20 West

Take the S.C. Highway 277 exit, which turns into Bull Street in downtown Columbia. Go to the stoplight where Bull Street ends at Pendleton Street (at the University’s main entrance) and turn right. Go through one stoplight. The first intersection after the second light is Sumter Street. Turn left. Go through two stoplights and you will see a building on the right on the corner of Blossom and Sumter Streets. Turn right into the parking lot beside the building (entrance is first right after second stoplight). Distance Education is on the second floor.

Traveling from Swansea on I-77 North

Take the Garners Ferry Road (U.S. Highway 378) exit. Turn left toward downtown. Follow the signs for Highway 378, which turns into Devine Street. Turn left onto Harden Street and take the first right onto Blossom Street. Turn left onto Sumter Street at the third stoplight. Turn right into the parking lot beside the building (entrance is first right after turning onto Sumter Street). Distance Education is on the second floor.

Traveling from Augusta on I-20 East or from Charleston on I-26 West

Take the U.S. Highway 1 exit toward Columbia. Follow Highway 1 through West Columbia and across the Gervais Street bridge. The State Museum is on the left and, further down, the State House is on the right. Turn right onto Sumter Street— the first street after the State House. Go through four stoplights and you will see a building on the right on the corner of Blossom and Sumter Streets. Turn right into the parking lot beside the building (entrance is first right after the fourth stoplight). Distance Education is on the second floor.

Traveling from Greenville on I-26 East

After passing the intersection of I-20 and I-26, move to the left lanes. The three left lanes will turn into I-126. Follow I-126 into downtown Columbia. Stay in the left two lanes and take the Elmwood Avenue exit. Stay in the right lanes and go to the end of Elmwood Avenue where it intersects Bull Street. Turn right onto Bull Street. Go to the stoplight where Bull Street ends at Pendleton Street (at the University’s main entrance) and turn right. Go through one stoplight. The first intersection after the second light is Sumter Street. Turn left. Go through two stoplights and you will see a building on the right on the corner of Blossom and Sumter Streets. Turn right into the parking lot beside the building (entrance is first right after second stoplight). Distance Education is on the second floor.
