Course Description: This is a self-paced distance education course (FROM YOUR HOME) built around the television series Vietnam: A Television History. You watch the videos at your own pace, read accompanying required readings, and write three short essays that are due every few weeks. The course provides you with an overview of the Vietnam War, from its historical origins to its eventual resolution and provides you with a firm understanding of America's role in the Vietnam War.
