Library/Information Literacy Presentation

The interactive University 101 library session's goal is to provide students with an introduction to the library and its resources. Some mainstays that are the basis of the presentation are: Thomas Cooper Library's Online Catalog, Electronic Resources, Citation Guides, Library of Congress Classification call numbers, and Plagiarism/Academic Dishonesty exercises.

We are asking that you have a library-related assignment when your class comes for its University 101 scheduled library session. A list of sample assignments is included in the library resource menu on this page.

You may reserve the Multimedia Classrooms for additional class meetings in the library. Contact Francess Murray (murrayf@gwm.sc.edu, 777-6244) to make reservations.
