University 101 is excited to present the "No Impact USC Film Project. This project, inspired by the 2011 First-Year Reading text, No Impact Man, provided University 101 students a unique way to use video storytelling to explore sustainability at the University of South Carolina. University 101 students worked together to create short films highlighting sustainability and related topics at USC or in Columbia. Students were free to choose any genre (documentary, mockumentary, public service announcement, etc.) and theme for their short film in order to highlight sustainability and related topics.
Funding provided by the Parents Annual Fund from the Office of Parent Programs allowed University 101 to purchase 20 Flipvideo cameras and 2 Apple MacBook Notebooks for students to check out and use for this project
