Support

University Technology Services currently supports Microsoft Exchange (including Outlook and Entourage clients) and the Novell GroupWise E-mail for University faculty, staff and some student accounts.

Faculty/Staff
UTS supports the desktop client of Microsoft Exchange (Outlook and Entourage) for faculty and staff. Faculty and staff should contact their network administrator for assistance and/or call the UTS Help Desk at (803) 777-1800 for support.  UTS will continue to support areas and departments still using Novell GroupWise.

Students
UTS supports students using the Web-access version of Microsoft Outlook. Students may be able to configure their Outlook desktop application, but will not be officially supported by University Technology Services. For example, UTS staff can only help students using Outlook – Web Access for e-mail support. Students should call the Help Desk at (803) 777-1800 for e-mail support. Students can also make an appointment in the iCARE Center for support as well.
