Give back through Service Saturday

UofSC Columbia students, faculty and staff can easily give back to the community through Service Saturdays. Participants register then pick a site during sign-ups on the morning of the event and serve. Transportation to the site and lunch are provided.
On the day of Service Saturday, sign-ups begin at 8:30 a.m., buses will depart at 9 a.m., volunteers arrive at service sites by 9:30 a.m. and volunteers arrive back for lunch around 12:30 p.m.
If you would like to serve as a group, please make sure that each of your group members registers online. Show up early and together for registration the morning of Service Saturday. In order to make site selection fair for all students who participate, sites will not be reserved.
The next Service Saturday will be Saturday, Feb. 28.
