The end of the semester is a hectic time. UofSC has all the resources you need to get through those finals or anything else you may be dealing with.

Whether it's stress over classes or dealing with the loss of a loved one, Student Health Services is here to help.

Let's Talk
"Let's Talk" is a program that provides easy access to informal confidential consultations with counselors from the Counseling and Human Development Center (CHDC). Counselors hold walk-in hours at sites around campus Tuesday through Thursday.

Stress Management
Stress is a normal part of daily living and is not always something to be scared of – but, unmanaged stress can be unhealthy and increase your risk for poor physical and mental health.

Counseling appointments
Every student at UofSC gets 10 free sessions with a counselor. You'll go through a phone screening in order to pair you with a counselor that would best fit your needs. You can use your 10 sessions whenever you'd like, over whatever course of time you think is best.

For academic help, the Career Center and Student Success Center has all the tools to help you finish strong!

Four Year Student Plan
Having a plan is the first step to success. Let the Career Center help you outline your steps and eliminate future stress.

Writing Center
End of the semester often means lots of papers. Have someone help you brainstorm or edit your paper, to help you reach that A!

Peer Tutoring
Struggling in a class? Let a student who already took the class and got an A help you out.
