Campus Wellness is recruiting Wellness Ambassadors for the 2015-2016 academic year and wants faculty and staff members to become an Ambassador for departments and offices across campus. A Wellness Ambassador is a university staff member with a commitment to health that serves as a champion for employee wellness. They volunteer to assist in the promotion and coordination of wellness initiatives within their departments/offices. They share information, engage friends and colleagues to participate in wellness programs and create momentum around leading a healthy lifestyle.

If you are interested in being a University Wellness Ambassador, you will have to get supervisor permission. You can complete the online application process online.  Once the application is submitted, a review committee will convene to select the 2015-2016 Wellness Ambassadors and will notify you by July 15. The official Wellness Ambassador kick-off meeting will be mid-August (date and location to be announced soon). Please contact Tina Marie Devlin, associate director of faculty/staff wellness and Gamecocks LiveWell administrator, at 803-777-3579 or devlin@mailbox.sc.edu with any questions or concerns.
