Register for free meditation and mindfulness program

A new program begins Tuesday (Sept. 26) to help students develop and enhance meditation and mindfulness techniques.
MBSR: An Introduction to Meditation & Mindfulness for Students is a four-week program held 6-7:30 p.m. Sept. 26, Oct. 3, Oct. 10 and Oct. 17 in the Center for Health and Well-Being Room 215.
To participate, students must be able to attend all four sessions and should sign up by calling Student Health Services at 803-777-8283.
