Vice President Jospeh R. Biden, Jr. told Carolina graduates that they are entering a world with unlimited possibilities. Mr. Biden received an honorary doctor of public administration and delivered the commencement address. David Seaton, the CEO of Fluor Corporation also received an honorary doctor of business administration.
