The USC Counseling and Human Development Center in the Byrnes Building is offering a series of groups and workshops for students, faculty, and staff throughout the fall semester.
Groups include: African-American Students Support and Empowerment Group, Drop-in Relaxation and Imagery (techniques of relaxation and self-suggestion), Experiential Therapy/Support Group, International Women Students Support Group, My Body, Myself: A Process Group (eating disorders), Redefining Your Relationship with Substances, and Substance Use and You.
