Conductors Institute set for June 4–18

The 2005 Conductors Institute of South Carolina will be held at USC June 4–18.

For twenty years, the Conductors Institute has been on the "must do" list for aspiring and experienced conductors alike. Participants come from across the United States and abroad.

The Conductors Institute offers daily podium time to every individual in the program, and it focuses on the details of conducting and the nuances that give conductors an opportunity to enhance their skills and achieve a greater sense of orchestral command. Participants receive constructive criticism and encouragement under the watchful eyes of veteran conductors. There are no mirrors and no recorded music.

For more information about the Institute, go to www.conductorsinstitute.com.
