| The Wine and Beverage Institute of the School of Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism Management will offer classes in “Mixology” and “Intro to Wine” beginning in August.
The "Mixology" class will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Mondays starting Aug. 1. The "Intro to Wine" class will begin Aug. 16 and will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesdays. All classes will be in the McCutchen House.
USC staff and faculty receive a 10 percent discount for all classes.
