What has two wheels, is available free for faculty and staff, and will provide some much-needed exercise? USC’s new Cycling at Carolina program, which will begin Sept. 6.
Faculty and staff members now can use their Carolina ID cards to check out bikes at the Pendleton Street Garage. The bicycles are available from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. and must be returned daily. A bike lock and helmet will be provided along with information about bike safety and suggested cycling routes for those interested in incorporating exercise into their lunch hours.
