| The Heyward McDonald Series on Peace and Justice will be held at 7:30 p.m. Oct. 27 in Gambrell Hall auditorium on the USC campus. S.C. State Superintendent of Education Inez Tenenbaum will speak on "Education as a Social Justice Issue." The lecture is free and open to the public. Beginning at 6 p.m., a dinner with Tenenbaum will be held at the Top of Carolina in the Capstone Building on Barnwell St. Cost for the dinner is $10 for faculty, staff, and community members; free for students.
Reservations are required for the dinner and must be made on or before Oct. 27 by calling 799-0212.
The Heyward McDonald Series on Peace and Justice is sponsored by the Presbyterian Student Association located on the USC campus.
