Three candidates for the post of dean of the USC School of Law will visit campus in February to meet with faculty, staff, and students.

The candidates and the dates they will visit campus are:

• David Shipley, the Thomas R.R. Cobb professor of law at the University of Georgia, Feb. 2-3
• James Chen, associate dean for faculty and the James L. Krusemark professor of law at the University of Minnesota, Feb. 9-10
• Walter "Jack" Pratt, professor of law at the University of Notre Dame, Feb. 16-17.

Philip Lacy has been serving as interim dean since Jan. 1.
