A number of cooking shows and classes, as well as wine and beverages courses, will take place at McCutchen House this fall. For more information, or to make reservations for any of these events, call 7-8225.
Carolina Cuisine: The Ultimate Cooking Shows, 6 p.m., $50 per person. Live cooking demonstrations taught by University culinary chefs. Each show features a five-course meal prepared in the dining room and served to participants. Wine is included. Participants will receive handouts with recipes and cooking techniques.
