Welcome to Carolina!
The Visitor Center is the front door to the University of South Carolina. It should be your first stop when you make a trip to the Columbia campus. The Visitor Center is located in McKissick at the head of the historic Horseshoe, the University's 200-year-old original campus.
The Visitor Center welcomes prospective students and their parents, alumni, and all visitors who want to know more about the University. Lively wall displays and interactive exhibits introduce the University's rich history, outstanding academics, and beautiful campus. Step inside to learn more and start your Carolina experience.
Parking is adjacent to the Visitor Center, in the cul-de-sac where Bull Street meets Pendleton Street. Monday- Friday, a courtesy officer will be in the lot to greet you and answer any questions (see link at right for directions, parking, and map).
