Recommended activities

For prospective students applying for undergraduate admissions

• Schedule a campus tour - A student Ambassador will guide your tour of our beautiful campus, including the historic Horseshoe, the academic areas of campus, a residence hall, and other areas of interest to prospective students and their families. If your campus visit is scheduled for June, July or August your tour will also include admissions information presented by one of our admissions counselors. Make sure you allow enough time in your schedule to accommodate approximately two and a half hours for your campus visit experience.
• If you have selected a major, you might want to meet with an academic representative from that major.
• Tour the Strom Thurmond Wellness and Fitness Center. Tours are available Monday through Friday at 11 a.m. and 2 p.m.
• As you fill out the online form to schedule your visit, if there are activities that you want to pursue that are not already listed on the reservation form please clearly list those activities in the Additional Appointments Box. Make sure you allow enough time in your schedule to accommodate any activities you are requesting.
• Please use our Scheduling Wizard to schedule your visit.
We ask that you give us two weeks notice when scheduling additional appointments so that we are able to accommodate your requests.
