STEP 9:
Add Common Navigation
You should first start by determining the navigation areas that can be common to every page of your site. If you are using SSI, you should be able to place each navigation area in its own file and have that file included dynamically by all the other pages in your site. If you are not using SSI, you will need to incorporate your navigation into the template and test thoroughly. You will then duplicate that page and use it as a starting point for any other redesigned page in your site.
