Dialogue for Change

Dialogue for Change (D4C) is a five (5) day, immersive professional development program offered at no cost to staff, administrators, graduate students, and faculty.

D4C Upcoming Session

Dialogue for Change will host a new cohort on USC-Columbia's campus from June 1-5, 2026. 

Applications are now LIVE!

Please submit an application to be considered for the June 2026 cohort. Applications close on Friday, April 24, 2026. Applicants will be notified of their application status by the end of April/early May.

 

What to Expect:

Participants in this program will:

  • Explore Intergroup Dialogue methodologies to enhance understanding and communication across community groups.
  • Engage in interactive sessions to build proficiency in addressing and transforming challenging conversations.
  • Develop the capacity to engage in dialogic experiences across various lived experiences.
  • Cultivate a collaborative community of practice and accountability to support ongoing growth and development.
