USC Advisor Weekly Update Listserv

Purpose: The USC Advisor Weekly Update features content and updates that have campus-wide implications.  Information includes the Three Things Weekly video, new academic programs and/or courses, opportunities for students sent on behalf of campus partners, and open advising positions at USC.

Audience: Approx. 700 (faculty/staff UofSC system-wide)

Frequency: Weekly, sent on Monday morning

University Advisors Network (UAN) Listserv

Purpose: The UAN listserv primarily provides information related to UAN meetings including agendas, minutes, and presentation handouts. 

Audience: Approx. 100 (i.e. UAN members, advisors, academic leadership)

Frequency: Monthly

Undergraduate Academic Advisor (UAA) Listserv 

Purpose: The UAA listserv provides information and action-oriented, specific instructions for task-related operations. Content includes student lists related to Orientation (Living Learning Communities & Honors), intervention instructions, global communications updates, university or UAC mandated professional development dates and times, and course offerings related to Orientation (Capstone sections & UNIV 101). 

Audience: Approx. 100 subscribers (UAAs and College Supervisors/Department Contacts)

Frequency:  Monthly
