About Me: My hobbies include visiting state/national parks, hiking and nature walks, reading (thriller and metaphysical fiction are my favorite genres), building Legos, and spending quality time with my yellow lab, Elliott.

Fun fact: I'm pescatarian, meaning I don't eat red meat, pork, or chicken, but I do eat seafood. My favorite types of food are sushi and almost anything Mediterranean!

Advice to Students:

1. Actions, or lack thereof, have consequences. It's the simple cause and effect method and can be applied in both positive and negative situations. Only you are responsible for your everyday actions and have to live with the effects that they cause.

2. This is the time in your life to start gaining identity capital - the building blocks of who you are. Try out new hobbies, join clubs, mingle with people outside of your normal social circle, ask questions, explore new places, etc. Learning what you do and don't enjoy are equally as important as you grow into who you are meant to be.
