Grab a towel and move the couches, Campus Rec is here to support your at-home fitness routine! We are bringing the Group X experience to you with Home-X classes and access to the Les Mills On-Demand suite (see details below.)

Home-X Schedule

We are offering live, online fitness classes through Instagram to help you stay active and fit. Anyone that follows us can join in, so tell all of your friends and workout together from home! Follow us on Instagram to join in on our live feed classes.

In-Person Classes 

Who can take Group X classes?

You will be asked by an instructor to type in your VIP number at the beginning of each class to verify that you have purchased your Group X pass.

Members of the Blatt Center
Guests, dependents & alumni cannot take classes.

Members of the Strom Thurmond Center
Guests cannot take classes.

Group X Guidelines

  • Classes are First-Come, First-Served.  You must be present in the group x line to get into class.
  • Arriving Late – No one will be allowed to enter a class more than five minutes after the start time due to safety concerns.
  • Class Times are Subject to Change – All schedules are subject to change. Classes may be cancelled temporarily and permanently based on low attendance or other reasons.  Follow our social media platforms for updates.
  • Attire - Participants must wear athletic footwear, with the exception of those in yoga, Pilates, or barre classes.  Full length shirts must be worn throughout entire class; removal of shirts is not permitted.
  • Personal Belongings - Place your belongings in daily lockers. Campus Recreation is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
  • Cell Phones and Electronics – Using your cell phone or other personal electronics is prohibited during class.
