James coordinates short-term study abroad programs for the Capstone Scholars Program, which connect students with faculty across campus while providing unique and unforgettable beyond the classroom learning experiences. He has led programs to Portugal, Denmark, and Japan so far! He also uses his background in writing to provide guidance for various student needs, including study abroad and grant applications, professional writing techniques, and methods for successful academic communication. 

When he's away from the office, James enjoys reading, tabletop gaming, and keeping his pet cats out of trouble.
