Background

As associate director for professional education and personal interest programs, Summer Harris is responsible for the administration of pre-university, professional education and personal enrichment programs. 

Summer earned a Bachelor of Science in criminal justice/criminology from the University of South Carolina and a Master of Science in political science from Southern New Hampshire University. She has years of experience in management, marketing and programming. Summer has earned several academic and leadership awards including the 2020 Distinguished Scholar Award from Southern New Hampshire University, 2020 USC Development Outstanding Administrator Award, 2018 USC Chapter Advisor of the Year, and the 2017 Columbia Delta Zeta Diamond Award. She holds certifications in Fundraising from the Lilly Family School of Philanthropy and Research Administration from USC.
