Each winter, the University of South Carolina awards the Carolina Master Scholar certificate to students who have successfully completed three or more Adventure Series courses.
This year's graduation ceremony will honor 2023 graduates. A light reception will follow the event.
The celebration will be held Friday, Dec. 1 at 5 p.m. in the University Conference Center on the 8th floor of the Close-Hipp Building, located at 1705 College Street on USC's campus.

Graduates should arrive by 4:45 p.m. to ensure the ceremony begins on time at 5 p.m.
Graduates should wear business or church attire.
Parking is available on the street at the parking meters, they are typically free after 6 p.m., but check the meter for times. You may also park in the metered parking lot adjacent to the Close-Hipp Building. USC is not responsible for parking tickets.
The ceremony will last approximately thirty minutes with a reception following.
We will have a photographer at the event. An email link with the photos will be emailed to the graduates in early January.
All certificates will be mailed during the week of Dec. 4 to graduates unable to attend.
