Mind Your Mood and Mental Health

Mental health is about how we feel about ourselves, how we behave, how we think, and how we relate to others. It means being able to cope with the normal stresses of life and have an effect on others in positive ways. Learn how to develop skills to cope with stress, anxiety, depression, body image, negative thoughts, develop effective interpersonal relationships, tolerate distress, and regulate emotions, utilize mindfulness meditation to manage stressful moments while exploring the career field of counseling and psychiatry.

Registration and Payment Notes
