Margaret is a driven manager with a real passion for delivering first-rate service to guests and maintaining excellent relation­ships with them to encourage repeat business. With 11 years of higher education hospitality management experience and working for three different universities, Margaret possesses the experience and initiative to further bolster a University’s reputation. Margaret started her management career with Ar­amark at Florida State University as a student manager, after five years and many roles at FSU, Margaret accepted a position at the University of Tennessee. During her time at UT she had positions in both retail and residential, ending her career there as the Retail Food Service Director and Campus Labor Cham­pion. After four years at UT Margaret was asked to transfer to the University of Florida as the Sr. Residential Food Service Director to help support the team as they went into the bid process. Margaret has just had the privilege to join the team at the University of South Carolina as the Director of Operations. In the role, Margaret hopes to showcase her unrivaled ability to drive performance and growth through strategic planning and tactical implementation, advancing the University’s goals and inspiring everyone around her to bring their best every day.
