Adobe Connect and Adobe Presenter will be discontinued at UofSC at the end of the Fall 2020 semester. This means UofSC faculty and staff with Connect or Presenter accounts will no longer be able to access these tools, nor any files stored in an Adobe Connect, account. The last day to access the accounts is Friday, December 18, 2020, at 11:59 p.m.
Instructors who have files or content stored in Connect that will be needed for the Spring 2021 semester or in future instruction, should take immediate action to convert or download the files. Instructions can be found in this UofSC IT Knowledge Base article. In addition, support can be requested from the UofSC IT Service Desk (803-777-1800), the Center for Teaching Excellence, or the Office of Distributed Learning.
