Service Delivery and Support Update: April 27th, 2018

Our April program update celebrated the Phase I go-live of our Service Delivery and Support program! Additional reminders for Incident Management, customer service, business services, and Time capture were provided.

  • A report has been created to allow insight into time cards submitted against business services (DoIT Technician login required)
  • Want to add, modify, or remove a business service? Submit a ServiceNow request.
  • Our current target date for completing the next phase of our program is End of July 2018.
