Our latest program update meeting includes additional information regarding leadership updates, service definitions, as well as information around capturing Time in ServiceNow and the Pinnacle integration
- We have made several changes within the Project Management and Service Delivery team. March 8th announcement.
- Together with Aptris, our implementation partner, we have defined over 110 business services!
- Training for capturing Time is underway throughout DoIT, and will be available through our scheduled Phase I go-live date of April 19th, 2018.
- We have nearly completed gathering requirements for the upcoming Pinnacle integration. In our next phase, DoIT will be designing the integration between Pinnacle and ServiceNow.
